2 Months!

Maddie is 2 months old today. I know the picture is sideways. The program wouldn't let me flip it and it's late, but I wanted you to see how alert and awake she is. She will smile back now and is beginning to make lots of little noises.

Besides really bad gas, Maddie is very content

and can sleep about anywhere and through any noise.

Atlanta

This past weekend we went to Atlanta for my compliance-rules seminar.

Maddie did great both ways on the airplane. We had a delay on the way home, so we spent some quality time in the airport.

We had a great time with Steve, Tammie and the girls!!

Below we are eating at Chik-Fil-A and getting ready to head to the airport.

7 Weeks

Maddie is now 7 weeks old.

These pictures are just after a bath and before bedtime.

Maddie is starting to smile back now.

Last night she gave us quite a few smiles.

This morning after I got out of the shower I found

Sleepy Maddie

Maddie has been sleeping so well in her carseat. Not consistantly, but enough.

One night last week she slept for 8 hours straight in her carseat.

Needless to say, I didn't sleep that long.

Very focused!!

It is so funny how they fall asleep, and stay asleep with arms up in the air.

The other night we were at a graduation and Maddie slept the entire time (4 hours) and then made for a fun night. But, she was an angel at the graduation.

Cute little Derek Quinlin (our athletic trainer's little boy) wanted to go down the slip-n-slide so bad at this graduation party. Then, when it came time to do so, he wanted nothing to do with it. Such a cute picture in the pull-ups.

Mirror

Maddie loves to look at herself in the mirror.
